ABOUT

Mary Alice Mulroney, known professionally as Mair Mulroney or ThatGirlMair, is a multi-award-winning American actress, musician, composer, singer-songwriter, model, and writer.

 

Born in Washington, DC and raised in a Northern Viginia suburbs, Mair currently resides in Los Angeles, California, where she has worked as a commercial actress for well-known brands and companies such as Apple, Purina, LG, Microsoft, AT&T, J.W. Marriott, Tostitos, SyFy, Jimmy Choo, Avid (ProTools), Twitter, Mini Cooper, Fallout 76, and American Express among many others. She has appeared and/or starred in videos for celebrated musical artists Missy Elliott, Katy Perry (featuring Skip Marley), Mike Posner, Olivia Holt, DJ Nytrix (on several different occasions featuring DEV, Neon Hitch, and Luciana), Blasterjaxx and Breathe Carolina, Lukas Graham, KATO and Sigala (featuring Haillee Steinfeld), Morrissey, JoJo Siwa, Foster The People, Daddy Yankee, and more.

Musically she has lent her vocals and musical compositions to commercials, award-winning films and television showing including the Emmy Award-winning series “My Crazy Ex-Girlfriend”. While having collaborated and created across just about every musical genre, Mair’s personal style is described as honest, playful, masterfully melodic, and emotionally powerful progressive pop. Her most recent “Stories” EP is currently available on most streaming platforms, as is her “ThatGirl did Daft” EP – an experimental Daft Punk remix project with musical counterpart Marc Solomon (a.k.a. Solo). 

Mair has several feature films and screenplays in 2020 that are currently in the production, pre-production, and post-production phases, including the international release of “Unchained” – a full length action film in which she stars alongside Academy Award nominee Eric Roberts and the longest reigning Knockouts Champion in women’s wrestling; Taya Valkyrie, for which Mair also wrote and performed the theme song. 2020 will also debut a full-length musical album with Mr. Solo Musik as long-time collaborators under the pseudonym k.i.s.s. keep it simple, stupid. They also plan to re-release an updated, more compact take on their original Daft Punk remixes re-named “Daft M3” under the same pseudonym.

 

Also taking place in 2020 is the exciting production of Sands of Fate: A Star Wars Story, the second in a series of original not-for-profit Star Wars shorts tying back to George Lucas’s original trilogy. Produced by Escape Velocity and directed by master special make-up effects artist, concept designer, and sculptor Timothy Reed Martin (The Mandalorian, Avengers Endgame, Godzilla King Of Monsters, IT, War Of The Worlds, AI, and more), Sands of Fate will follow up their first, extremely successful episode Birth of A Monster. Currently in the pre-production stage, the cast has already signed on and will include (Mair), American voice actor Steve Bloom (Cowboy Beebop, Boxtrolls, Star Wars Rebels, The Mandalorian & Rebels Prime), performer and actor Chris Bartlett (The Mandalorian), Dan Bohman, and Nathan Bock.
